From 18 to 19 February 2016, in the framework of the project BE DRIN “NEEDS ASSESSMENT” a visit was held, aimed assessing the capacities and needs for the project realization. The team that visited Republic of Macedonia comprised: Viola Vallini (Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers), Annalisa Bergantini (ANPAS – Associaziona Nazionale Pubbliche Assistenze) Samuele Pezzuolo (ANPAS – Associaziona Nazionale Pubbliche Assistenze).
On 18.02.2016 several meetings were organized including at: The Fire protection Union of Macedonia (FPUM), The Directorate for protection and rescue and The Municipal Fire protection Union of Aerodrom (MFPU of Aerodrom).
On 19.02.2016, it was organized a visit to the Municipal Fire Protection Union of Vinica, were meetings with The Municipal Fire protection Union of Vinica, The Teritorial Unit for fire protection of Vinica, The Regional Office of the Directorate for protection and rescue, and The Local government were organized. Also field trips to visit sites and local population threatened by flood were organized.
